  • Smash Book, March & April 2025

    At Roots & Roost, Co., we love finding new ways to give old things new life. During this hands-on workshop, guests transformed vintage books into personal keepsakes filled with memories, photos, inspiration, and creativity.

  • Cooking with Stella’s Table, May 2025

    We welcomed the women behind Stella’s Table (Amy & Natale) for two evenings of good food, bold flavors, and community. Guests enjoyed bites and drinks while learning more about Stella’s Table’s small-batch salts and jams, watching recipe demonstrations, and gathering inspiration to bring new flavors into their own kitchens.

  • Mingle & Mulled, November 2025

    We kicked off the holiday season with two festive evenings of food, drinks, creativity, and connection. Guests gathered in a cozy, beautifully decorated setting to enjoy seasonal bites and make three handmade, holiday-ready gifts to take home.

  • Stella’s Table Dinner Party, April 2026

    We welcomed Stella’s Table back for two special evenings celebrating local food, bold flavors, and the best of the Yampa Valley. This six-course dinner brought together thoughtfully crafted dishes, locally sourced ingredients, and collaborations with businesses including the Steamboat Springs Local Ag Alliance, Bad Alibi Distillery, and Seedhouse Coffee.
