Step back into the early 20th century with this authentic, antique J.G. Dill's Best Cut Plug pocket tobacco tin. Produced by the historic J.G. Dill Company in Richmond, Virginia, this highly sought-after, rectangular pocket container boasts a vibrant yellow background accented by elaborate green and black typography. The left side proudly displays the classic circular trademark frame detailing an illustration of an antique tobacco plug cutter.
Dating from the 1910s to the 1920s, this pocket-sized tin is a premier example of early American industrial advertising printwork. It makes a striking piece for tobacciana collectors, rustic shelf decor, or an accent piece in a home bar or man cave.
